We’re hopping with the Unity Stamp Company Design Team showing off some NEW AngieGirl stamp sets. Unity is also putting together one HOT sale!! Be sure to LOOK!
Today I’m going to share a scrapbook layout I put together using a couple of sentiments from one of the NEW AngieGirl sets.
The above picture in the layout was captured at Evangeline’s Costume Mansion in Old Sacramento, California. It’s summer and we’ve been hitting the sites around here and there and everywhere. That’s my daughter, Gwendolen, who loves to wear costumes and props. She loves steampunk stuff and we just had a great time visiting Evangeline’s. We MUST return--especially around Halloweentime.
Here’s a peek at the set I used, SummerGirl.
I also used this month’s SMAK kit for some background stamping on the layout.
A couple of weeks ago I posted a mini album project on the Unity blog where I shared a little tip through a video I had put together making a travel-themed album highlighting our family's recent trip to Universal Studios Hollywood. I wanted to put together a quick album in project life style but without ALL the pockets, so I trimmed a few of the page protectors to make a mini album which was the perfect size for me.
Here are a few photos of the mini album in case you missed it.
Unity stamps are the PERFECT way to supplement your project life journaling cards and photos. I used quite a few SMAK kits for my album. Here's a list (with product links) of the SMAK kits I used for my pocket page mini vacation album:

Thank you for the fast tutorial! I love the book and your layout!
What a great project! I love the doily stamps on your project!
Several things a) how cute is it, that your daughter likes steampunk (love) b) LO is awesome and c) I love the idea of cuting the pages in half for a mini album (why have I never seen this before?) I love making mini's but hate trying to get them together, rings are the only thing I've found to be easy. So now I must try your idea!
