Finally--Happy Spring & Hop Day Unity peeps!!
What have you all been doing to celebrate springtime so far?
I’ve got some projects I’ve been working on this month using
Unity Stamp Company stamps along with a couple of QUICK videos to share the
process.
Here’s a look-see at the first project I completed at the
beginning of March for the DT Tuesday post on the Unity Blog.
RECAP: It’s an 8-1/2-x-11-inch scrapbook layout that was
inspired by the “Damn Daniel” viral video sensation. If you haven’t heard of
these videos, no worries. Just go ahead and Google it. My kids told ME about it.
At first, I was a bit puzzled, but then after watching a few of the super short
videos, I started saying the catch phrase, too. Anyway, Daniel is sporting some
crisp white Vans in a few of the videos, and well, I’ve got some Vans that I’m
pretty proud of, too. That’s me in the photo sporting’ my J.Crew Vans that I
brilliantly scored recently by trading clothes. That’s a whole other addiction
of mine—clothes trading. I’ll save that addiction for another layout. I used a
couple of Unity’s Kits of the Month, including this month’s Kit of the Month,
and the July 2015 Kit of the Month, with some SMAK kits from January and
February 2016.
Here’s a peek at March’s Kit of the Month. Clicking on the image
below will take you to the Kit-of-the-Month subscription page at Unity Stamp
Company.
Next up is a shaker card I put together using Unity’s Heavens Pennies stamp set
that was released earlier in the month. There’s a QUICK video, too, on how I
made this shaker card—my FIRST one!

Next up is a fluffy bunny tag I put together using Unity’s Stamp of the Week for
March 20, 2016, “Fluffy Love”. It’s a glittery-filled tag I made just in time
for Easter. It’s pretty much the same process as the shaker card above except I
filled it completely with glitter.
Here’s another peek at my tag hanging from a chicken wire frame--PERFECT I think
for a baby’s room décor.

at Unity Stamp Company.
More recently I put together a tag using Unity Stamp Company’s NEW Kit of the
Month and SMAK Kit for April 2016.
I used an airbrush loaded with distress ink along with some DIY stencils to make
the landscape background of the tag AND I made a video of the process.

the SMAK Kit subscription page at Unity Stamp Company.
