It’s Thursday and we’re hopping with Unity and new DT members, NEW releases, and an awesome SALE!
I’m going to share an 8-1/2-x-11-inch scrapbook layout I did Wednesday showcasing my youngest daughter, Gwen, who became a 12-year-old that day.
Every year I try to get a picture of my children the day or night before their birthday, so that I have the very last picture of them at the age they are that day. I’m sentimental I guess--to say the least. This picture of Gwen was taken just before she went to sleep on Tuesday. She was still eleven but was very much looking forwarding to being twelve the very next day.
I used Unity’s NEW Butterfly Birthday Cupcake Itty-Bitty by Angie Blom which was perfect. I used the cupcake with butterfly as an embellishment and then repeated using the butterfly a couple more times as embellishments. The sentiment was perfect for “journaling” on the tag for the layout. It’s just how I felt.
I also included on the layout the sentiment from Brave Spirit Diamond Stripes {textured feelings}.
Here’s a peek at more NEW releases from Unity.
