Birthday Bash Unity Blog Hop 04.23.15!

Congratulations and Happy Birthday to Unity. It’s been seven years—Wow! Here’s to many more to come.

We’re all celebrating hop style by showcasing some of Unity’s NEW releases along the way, giving you a chance to comment our blogs to win some Unity goodies, and Unity’s got an AMAZING sale, too.

Here’s a layout I put together showcasing a NEW stamp set by Donna Downey called “Loop Bloom Flowers”. I used these doodly-doo flowers to embellish around the photo strip.

The above pictures were taken photo-booth style on a trip my daughter and her boyfriend took to visit my son and his girlfriend recently. I’m pretty sure they all had a good time. They look so happy and carefree. Ahh . . . I fondly remember my twenties. Really.

I also used the NEW sentiment kit, “Bright Happy You”.

. . . AND April’s SMAK Kit, “Leave Ordinary Behind”.

Lately canvases have been my go-to when I’m in the mood to JUST create. I’ve got to figure out what to do with them as my collection is growing at leaps and bounds. Got any ideas?

FYI, I've bookmarked this site I read about on someone's blog for when I get too many canvasses... sounded like a nifty idea:

They leave art pieces somewhere with a note and post for people to find.
